TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Kaye Rubi Photographer retains the copyright of all images taken under the copyright and patents act of 1988. It is an offence to copy, screenshot, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent by Kaye Rubi Photographer.

Once you have purchased digital files you are granted a license to use your images for personal use. Your purchased files may then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media, for updating model or acting portfolios, and printing out. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent.

Digital file images that are purchased, are not to be altered in any way, shape or form that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.

Kaye Rubi Photographer may use images taken in photographic sessions for display or marketing purposes. This may include social media, marketing literature, or galleries on this website. If you would prefer your images not to be displayed in this manner please let me know when you book your photographic session.

A $250 deposit fee is payable when you book your photographic session and this secures your date and time as an appointment. 

 

The fee is non-refundable but is fully transferable to another date if at least 7 days notice is given. This does not include illness - I understand this can happen. Your booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your photographic session, the balance of which is payable at your appointment. 

 

The use of video recording and your own camera is strictly forbidden during your photographic session. 

By booking a photographic session with Kaye Rubi Photographer you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
